41 Butt Lane
Built 1926 / owned 30 years / extended 2004 / 4 bed (loft conversion) / long narrow sloped garden with 5 sheds

2 sheds at front with power
Steps up to front door leading to porch with access to hallway (brown door) as well as side extension
Lounge with log burner, through to dining room / sun lounge / kitchen
Dining area with access to kitchen and sun lounge (dark)
Fixtures and fittings all mediocre. Large step up to lounge / sun lounge which are nice (didn't photograph sun lounge)
Side extension passage with cloakroom, utility area and small office at the back
Bedroom within extension. Strange layout with en suite within another room (dressing room / wardrobe?). There is some cracking near ceiling where the extension joins not photographed
Original back bedroom. A few cracks in old plaster and floor uneven in places
Front bedroom, plaster in poor shape in a few places
Family bathroom. Boiler is 2 years old
Loft room (their main bedroom). Another storage room to one side.
The extension bedroom was done differently from the plans.
Apparently the second longest garden on Butt Lane and a narrow one. There are 3 or 4 big sheds with their own fuse boxes. One with a sauna. (2004).
