In the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, Long Clawson is one of only six dairies licensed to make world-famous blue Stilton cheese. For more than a century, the dairy has made Stilton to a traditional method, hand turning to evenly distribute the veins and create that deliciously distinctive open texture. Each cheese is then individually graded by our master graders to ensure superior quality.
